For as long as I can remember, I’ve suffered from a wicked case of wanderlust. I travel often, but also love design and having a cozy home to retreat to that tells the stories of my cherished experiences. For years I said that my dream job would be to travel the world and take photos, and as a flight attendant, I’ve finally found my own perfect way to do so.
I’ve always enjoyed photography, but really started pursuing it while living in Madrid, Spain, after college. For two years, I traveled Europe as much as I possibly could, while developing my own unique travel style, learning many travel lessons, and training my taste buds to love most things outside of their old world of chicken nuggets. (How I miss the razor clams at Las Tortillas de Gambino in Madrid!)
Long walks with my camera are my own type of meditation. Whether on vacation or on an overnight for work, I love the challenge of finding a city’s heartbeat and I tend to seek it out through the quirky details that live in textiles, mailboxes, murals, doorknobs, good food, and the local flora and fauna. My hope is that this heartbeat gets passed on to you through my prints and guides.
