Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. If your product arrives damaged, please send details to ericaconnollyphoto@gmail.com. If you have questions about an item before purchasing, feel free to reach out.

Shipping

For print and canvas orders, please allow a minimum of two weeks for delivery. For framed orders, please allow a minimum of three weeks for delivery. Expedited delivery options are available.

Paper Prints

All paper prints are printed through a specialized, professional photography lab on high-quality lustre paper.

Canvas

All canvases are matte-finished and .75 inches in depth. Arrives ready to hang!

Frames

White wood frames made from North American hardwood (Poplar). Wood surface is flat and 1 1/4 inches wide and 1 1/8 inches deep. Hanging hardwire kit is included. Frames are made in America.

Mats
Mats draw your eye to the art piece and offer a finished, professional look.
If you selected a mat option, all sizes between 5x7 - 11x14 include a 1.5-inch white cut mat. Sizes 16x20 and larger include a 3-inch white cut mat.

Acrylic
Your frame comes with a acrylic protection that is clear like glass. It is more cost efficient for pricing and safer for shipping. It protects your art from some UV light.

My Gear

I shoot on a mirrorless Canon R5.
My favorite lenses are the Sigma 50mm 1.4 and my Canon RF 24-70mm 2.8.
